The start

So this might never see the light of day, but this has been created primarily as a way for me to easily document my final phase of the p90x/insanity hybrid I’m doing and hold myself accountable.

Today is day 1 of a 21 day stretch without junk food of any kind and (if I can help it) limited alcohol intake.
